Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and refine project management standards, methodologies and best practices across all products and services
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and templates to project and program managers
• Offer support and coaching to improve project management capabilities
• Define yearly delivery roadmaps with the program managers, head of product management & head of software delivery
• Monitor the overall health of the project portfolio
• Facilitate decision making with regards to project priorities
• Organize the Delivery and Portfolio boards
• Keep track and follow up on decisions and action items of the Delivery and Portfolio Board

In collaboration with project and program managers:

• Track project progress (budget, scope, timing & risks)
• Provide dashboards and reports to the Delivery and Portfolio Board
• Ensure transparency and early identification of issues
• Track benefit realization
• Identify common risks and issues across projects
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths
• Update the enterprise risk register and align with the CRO where needed
• Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned
• Implement improvements in processes and tools when and where needed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Projects, Jira, Timesheet, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• A Project Management certification
